ICZ ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All accommodation rates quoted are per room per night, including bed, breakfast, Tourism levy and VAT at 15%. Rates EXCLUDE dinner, lunch and any other costs incurred during your stay. These costs are for your own account and are payable on departure from the hotel.

* All accommodation is booked on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.

* The Conference is being held during a peak period and as such accommodation is limited. It is strongly recommended that accommodation is booked and paid for as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.

* A maximum of one adult can be accommodated in a single room.

* A maximum of two adults are accommodated in a double/twin hotel room.

* Accommodation booked must be pre-paid in full; all bookings thereafter are to be paid for on receipt of invoices.

* No accommodation bookings can be confirmed or guaranteed without full pre-payment.

* Check in after 14h00 and check out at 10h00

* Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges both local and international payee and beneficiary, these charges WILL BE FOR THE DELEGATES OWN ACCOUNT.

ADMINISTRATION FEE

*Please note that an accommodation administration fee of R385.00 (including VAT) will be charged for this service.

CHANGES

* Any changes will incur a R385.00 including VAT.

* Full payment for these charges are required
